Verdica Accounting collects the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
- Account information (name, email address) when you create an account via Clerk authentication
- Usage data (pages visited, searches performed) for analytics and service improvement
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store card numbers
- Device and browser information collected automatically via standard web protocols
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve Verdica Accounting , process payments, send service-related communications (account alerts, monitoring notifications), and maintain the security of our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Sources
All entity scores displayed on Verdica Accounting are derived from publicly available government records, including PCAOB inspection and peer review records , Federal Register publications, and USDA AMS disciplinary notices. We do not collect or use private information about the entities we score.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Verdica Accounting :
- Clerk — authentication and user management
- Stripe — payment processing
- Supabase — database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting and deployment
- Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal data)
- Resend — transactional email delivery
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@verdica.io. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
